Department of Metal Structures
In the year 1945 the Department of Iron and Wooden Strutures was established at Gdańsk University of Technology. In subsequent years, it was given the following names: Department of Steel Construction, Department of Metal Structures, Department of Metal Structures and Construction Management. The function as the head of the department were carried out by: prof. dr inż. Władysław Bogucki, doc. dr inż. Czesław Taraszkiewicz, prof. dr hab. inż. Jerzy Ziółko, dr hab. inż.
