How to apply for Erasmus Programme?
 


Before your arrival:

1.Your university needs to send your nomination to participate in ERASMUS+ Programme (e-mail: magdalena.wroclawska@pg.edu.pl). Once we receive the nomination we will send you an e-mail with information package how to apply and other useful information.

2.You have to be registered on our website Erasmus+ Incoming students | Gdańsk University of Technology (pg.edu.pl)

During your registration procedure you will be asked to upload the following documents:

  • electronic photo corresponding to documents - for your student ID Card at the GUT (only jpg, jpeg, png, bmp format),
  • scan of Transcript of Records (TR) signed and stamped by your university (jpg or pdf file). This is a document (with stamps and signatures of the authorities of your university), which proves your marks and grades collected so far at your Home University,
  • scan of your Personal ID Card (both sides) or your Passport with pages with name and photo (the Passport is necessary for students from non-UE countries) (jpg or pdf file).
  • scan of your language certificate / document confirming, that your knowledge of either English or Polish is at least at B1 level. It may be either one of the internationally renowned certificates, such as IELTS, TOEFL, FCE, CAE, etc. or a document issued by your university's language centre.

During the registration procedure your LEARNING AGREEMENT and APPLICATION FORM will be created. Once your application is ready you should click on "send". Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with your application. Please note that after sending you application you will not be able to edit the documents or add some changes.

3. Once your application status changes into ''confirmed'' you are obliged to print the above mentioned documents, collect neccessary signatures of your home Erasmus+ Coordinators and send them to International Relations and Promotion Office (e-mail: magdalena.wroclawska@pg.edu.pl)

Deadlines:

Deadlines for online registration are the same every year:

June 30 (winter semester or whole academic year)
December 15 (summer semester)
 

After you have arrived:

Please, contact the ERASMUS STUDENT NETWOTK on http://gdansk.esn.pl/

You need to visit the International Relation and Promotion Office and provide the original Learning Agreement (Main Building, Room 160)

Remember that any amendments to the Learning Agreement shall be made within a maximum of one month from the first day of semester.

Before your departure:

Before you leave our university and come back to your home country, you are obliged to submit Erasmus Departure Checklist to the International Office (magdalena.wroclawska@pg.edu.pl)
