Welcome Meeting for new international students (February 20) | Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology

The Welcome Meeting is an information session for newly admitted international students organized at the beginning of each new semester by the International Relations Office together with student organizations. Both students admitted for a full study cycle and students from the Erasmus+ exchange program are invited to participate in the event.

During the Welcome Meeting, students will:

• learn about the matters they can address at the Welcome Office.
• hear about how cultural differences can affect their first days of stay
• gain practical advice on life in Poland and Gdańsk
• meet students from the Erasmus Student Network
• sign up for a campus tour organized by Student Government
• take part in a competition with cool prizes

Welcome Meeting

• Tuesday, February 20th
• time: 10:00 a.m. (please be on time; the meeting will last approximately one hour)
• location: auditorium at the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering / building no. 12 (check the campus map)
• no prior registration is required - just show up
• the meeting will be conducted entirely in English
