Project Objective:

Development of practical methods for recycling composite material obtained from end-of-life wind turbine blades, taking into account the following aspects:

  • development of recycling methods with the lowest possible energy intensity,
  • taking advantage of the high load-bearing capacity of the blade structure and giving it a new life by adapting the entire structure or its larger parts for other uses,
  • solving the current problems of limited availability of construction materials.
