How to apply for Erasmus Programme?

Before your arrival:

Step I – Your university needs to send your nomination to participate in Erasmus+ Programme (e-mail: erasmus@pg.edu.pl). The Erasmus Office will send you an email with an information package explaining how to apply, along with other useful information.

Step II – After the Erasmus Office informs the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator about your nomination, the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator will send you a list of the courses offered by the respective Faculty.

Please consult the list of courses you wish to take with the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator.

Step III – You have to be registered on the Moja PG portal - our university's internal platform.

During the registration procedure you will be asked to upload the following documents:

  • a photo for your student ID,
  • a scan of your Personal ID card (both sides) or your passport (the page containing your photo and personal details),
  • a Transcript of Records (ToR) signed and stamped by your university. This document confirms the courses you have completed and the grades you have obtained at your home university,,
  • a scan of your language certificate or another document confirming that your knowledge of English or Polish is at least at the B1 level.

You will also be asked to select the courses you would like to attend.

During the registration procedure your Application form will be created. Once your application is ready you should click on "send". Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with your application.

Step IV – When the status of your application will be changed into “confirmed” you need to start to collect the signatures for your Learning Agreement. There are two ways to do that:

  • 1: if your university uses the Online Learning Agreement platform (OLA platform) you can create your Learning Agreement (LA) via the following website: learning-agreement.eu. You will be able to register with the login and password, that you use at your university.
  • 2: if your university does not use the Online Learning Agreement platform (OLA platform), then you need to print your Learning Agreement (LA) using your application form on Moja PG portal. You and your university’s authorities need to sign the Learning Agreement and send it to the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator. The scan of your LA can be sent via e-mail.

Deadlines for online registration for Erasmus+ students are the same every year:
