Ph.D. Eng. Grzegorz Nykiel from the Department of Geodesy has received funding for a Scientific Internship within the Americium grant. | Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology

The Americium International Career Development program is a part of the implementation of IDUB tasks aimed at enhancing the quality of the university's scientific activities, particularly in terms of fostering collaboration with internationally renowned scientific institutions.

The program's objective is to enhance the scientific competence of PG employees, especially young researchers, through their participation in long-term internships at leading foreign research centers.

As part of the aforementioned grant, Ph.D. Eng. Grzegorz Nykiel will undergo an internship starting from March 1, 2023, lasting for a year, at the following institutions:

• Department for Solar-Terrestrial Coupling
• Institute for Solar-Terrestrial Physics
• Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt
