The Department of Hydraulic Engineering deals with the preparation of projects, analyzes, and expert opinions for the needs of the industry.
The scope of studies includes, among others:
• Designation of flood risk zones
• Modeling of ice phenomena
• Laboratory determination of the values of the local resistance coefficients and along the length of the water flow in the pipes under pressure
• Analysis of the influence of hydrotechnical structures on the flow conditions
